The Sweet Bell Peppers Seed Pod Kit for TALL AeroGardens (see included gardens below*) comes with everything you'll need to grow these fresh peppers and we've carefully selected varieties proven to produce. AeroGardens are designed to help you grow your own herbs, vegetables, salad greens or flowers at home. Our Seed Pod Kits are compatible with every model of AeroGarden. Planting with Seed Pods is fun and easy! Just insert the pre-seeded pods in your garden, add water, and the patented, specially formulated Liquid Nutrients. Most plants germinate within 7-14 days, are ready for harvesting in 4-6 weeks, and will keep producing continuous harvests for up to 6 months and longer. Indoor gardening can’t get any tastier or simpler!
Each of our Seed Pod Kits are tested for germination and expire one year after that date. To give you seeds the best chance to germinate, we recommend storing extra kits in a dark, cool, dry place. This will keep them cool and the seeds dormant until you’re ready to plant them in your AeroGarden. Some people store them in the vegetable drawer of their refrigerator in an airtight container or bag.
Fruiting vegetables, like tomatoes, peppers, and Fairy Tale eggplants, do require a little more attention and care than herbs, flowers, and salads.
The trellis is an accessory that helps support medium and tall plants, such as tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant. Help your plants grow taller by supporting them before they develop heavy fruit. We have trellis systems available for Bounty and Farm models. For smaller gardens, like the Sprout and Harvest, try bamboo sticks, chopsticks or our Soft Ties to support your plants. Stick them down inside the grow pods next to the stem. Plants will grow up leaning into them or you can tie gently to the support. Early support can keep plants from collapsing under the weight of the fruit (tragic if it happens just before harvest).

trouble with germinating
For some reason only 1 of my bell pepper pods has germinated after a couple months. Customer service was exceptional though when i contacted them for a replacement pod about one month ago. Ive had great luck with my lettuce, basil, and tomato pods though. 1 star because I'm disappointed that my pepper plants have not cooperated, 5 stars for customer experience for an average of 3 stars.

Stunted Peppers
My peppers have been growing for 130 days and all have been very small/stunted. I've been following directions and don't understand why the peppers never get bigger than the ones pictured. It's also worth noting that I only grew the one plant so all of the nutrients are going to the one plant. I'll try them again, but this is definitely disappointing compared to the photos advertised.

So far so good...
I planted this kit two weeks ago in my Aerogarden Elite. All pods germinated promptly, with three plants sprouting from each pod. I clipped two of the sprouts, leaving the strongest plant in each pod. Each plant is now about an inch tall and real leaves are developing. I have not grown peppers in an aerogarden before and am looking forward to seeing how these develop.

Sweet Peppers on the Way!
Bought the sweet bell pepper kit to use in my Bounty Elite. Two of the three pods did not sprout. I completed the online form on Aerogarden.com and two replacement pods were sent. I now have three sprouted bell pepper plants and look forward to reaping the rewards of delicious fresh peppers in the middle of winter. Great customer service!

Excellent product so far!
All three bell peppers pods have sprouted and are about 8 inches tall already. The leaves are HUGE! I pruned them according to the recommendations and am pleased so far as to the results. I cant wait for them to start producing fresh veggies! Hardest part of this whole process has been to keep my patience

How sweet it is!!!
Easy to grow, produces many sweet red bell peppers. Beats paying a high price at the grocery store and at least I know it's my own organic pepper! If one pod doesn't sprout which happens occasionally, I just email and get another sent free. This is a no brainer and the easiest gardening ever!

2 pods didn’t sprout
I am usually so impressed with the pods for my aero garden but two of the pods in my kit failed to sprout and only grew a large amount of mold. (My aero garden unit was cleaned and sanitized before starting the pods). I am disappointed but I do love my aero garden overall.

Growing great
The plants are about 12” tall and very healthy looking. I see blooms, but I am wondering how the blooms can be pollinated in my house. Should I transplant them into my garden? I have looked through all of the paperwork and cannot find any reference to this.
